IT OFFICIALLY STARTS TODAY

The challenge officially starts today, but the weather is terrible and the ice has yet to melt off the lakes. The first part of the challenge is the first legal bass of 14 inches for a $15 prize. Everyone is convinced they will catch the first legal bass. In addition to the bass, the other prizes are for the first walleye, pike, and musky. Additional prize money for the biggest bass, walleye, pike, and  and musky of the year. Each qualified fish will earn the fisherman points. Whoever earns the most points will become the FISH GOD and earn the grand prize- spinning rod and reel combo from Bass Pro shops.

This should finally prove that I am the best fisherman in Delta.

Congratulations to Tyler who finished 7th in the state of Ohio Division III wrestling tournament today as a freshman.

  2. How much money do i get if i caught a 9 inch creek chub? The fish is real fat and has good color, considering gettin it mounted. My estimated weight of the fish is .5 pounds. This is my 3rd largest creek chub i have ever caught. Photos will be posted so dont get to restless.

  3. I caught 3 20+ inch walleyes at the river today but was mugged by 3 Laousians in a blue pick-up and had my catch stolen before I could take pictures. Heard one of the assailants utter the name Albert the Hunter or Albert and Hunter or something like that so I believe they were hired to put a hit on me. Thats ok. It's going to take more than three 5'6" Laousians to keep me from becoming the fish God! Game on!
